so, i have a habit of watching videos and not actually applying anything mindfully. these are my notes that i can reference on my little blog. y'all can take a look too, i guess.

the wish fulfilled shouldn't make one anxious. you should stop desiring with the wish fulfilled. if i received what i wanted, i wouldn't desire more.

there are not two causes. no two gods. no two powers. in the concept of the law of assumption, there is one decider -- me. there is one cause, me. any time i think of something outside of me, i've already selected something outside of me.
